Stwesss!!

I had ppa review with boss last monday..alhamdulillah,evrything went well..i had and opportunity to voice out my feeling, thougts n request..am happy n feel like back to normal..u know where u feel motivated,happy n look fwd to work..

Unfortunately, it not last long as smthing was happen yesterday..i'm not sure why some people seems resistance to the feedback..diff people may interprate the fback diffrently..therfore they take it negatively..but,whatever the feedback is, i believe that it is for improvement..no complot or no personal attack as we work professionally..

Well,the feedback supposed to be p&c..n what people wrote is supposed to be kept s a secret..n the lesson learnt that i got from this incident is,be carefull with the writing..n choose the right word to provide feedback..

I thank you to those who has give me honest feedback..i will try my best to improve myself n also to maintain my strengths..n in the meantime, i will prepare myself with anything tht could happen in future..
