After a long break now im back..just bcz i wanted to let out this sooo bad but dont know where to write...hmmmmm...
Im now at HR conversation.. n supposed to learn about hr transformation, operating model, gts, evp bla bla bla...
But what i learnt the most yesterday is all about people...from the team activity until sharing session, its all about dealing/managing people n i was suprised on how certain people behave..especially when i think i know that people very well... honestly this made me upset n shut me down for a while but after the inspiring session, i realized that negative vibes wont bring you anywhere..so be positive! (thanks tok ha for your wise word)
They said people changed! N its comes with position..but to me, it also comes with people who are surrounding u...thrfore what i want to take away today is keep cool, calm n collected
